What utilities are included in rent and what am I responsible for?

Trash service and one parking space are included with your monthly rent. Residents are responsible for setting up and paying electric service based on usage. Water is billed with rent based on usage, and renter’s insurance is required. Each apartment home is also pre-wired for internet and cable; if activated, this service will be billed with your monthly rent.

Do you allow pets?

Yes. The Highbanks is a pet-friendly community welcoming cats and dogs, with select breed restrictions and a maximum of two pets per apartment home. A $300 pet fee is due per pet at move-in, and monthly pet rent of $45 per pet is billed with your rent.

What do I need to do to apply?

We look forward to welcoming you home. To reserve your preferred apartment, simply complete the online application by visiting the Floorplans tab on our website. A $50 application fee is required for each adult applicant before the application can be submitted.

Do you have any preferred employers?

Yes. Please contact our leasing office to learn more about our preferred employer program and the exclusive move-in benefits available to qualifying residents.

What options do I have for parking?

Each resident receives one complimentary parking space. Residents in two-bedroom apartment homes may have the option to lease one additional space, subject to availability. Please contact our leasing office for details.

I want to apply for a specific floor level. How can I tell which floor an available apartment is on?

Apartment numbers indicate the floor level. Homes numbered in the 100s are located on the first floor, 200s on the second floor, and 300s on the third floor. For example, apartment 101 is on the first floor, 201 is on the second floor, and 301 is on the third floor.

Do your apartment homes include in-unit washers and dryers?

Yes. Each apartment home includes an in-unit washer and dryer, giving you the convenience of laundry from the comfort of home.

What is the security deposit?

For fully approved applicants, security deposits begin at one month's rent.
